1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service are provided by Foshan Xinsailai Network Technology Co., Ltd. (operating the brand “Photo to Text,” also referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using or visiting our website and services, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Photo to Text. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

3. Support

Support and product updates are provided for the term defined by your account type and are based on the date of purchase. After a subscription has expired, a new subscription will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders and handles payment processing, tax collection, and returns for those orders.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, with no usage-based restrictions, as described in our Refund Policy. For questions about an order, contact us at support@photototext.ai or manage your subscription from Account.

5. Transactional Emails

Photo to Text may on occasion send you email notifications related to your service. These transactional emails may include notification of changes to our terms and conditions, purchase receipts, and other emails related to your account.

6. Price Changes

Photo to Text reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Any price change will be reflected on our website. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference in the price from the time you purchased the service.

7. Sharing of Data

We will not sell your personal data. We share data only as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, with payment processors and service providers needed to operate the Services).
